		<description>Kate it looks like these people don&#039;t have much sympathy for mistakes (yes Levi Scofield designed it) or the additional noise from the construction activities you&#039;ve experienced.  Considering that the Prison predates the actual Boylan  neighborhood, I&#039;d say they were there first and obviously the State purchased the property, so it is perfectly legal for them to build or expand within the boundaries.  Maybe you&#039;ll adjust to the new noise like you have with the old noise.</description>
