Early voting begins

Raleigh residents have the opportunity to vote early beginning today. Early voting is available weekdays until Friday, October 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as Saturday, October 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The official election date for Raleigh government and the Wake County School Board is October 6.

Early voting is held at the Wake County Board of Elections building at 337 S. Salisbury St.
