    How easy it is to forget that much of the school board was elected by the people of Wake County with this issue in mind. Whether the decision is wrong or right, and I personally think there must be a better solution that either of the proposals, I hardly think it appropriate to blame the board for doing what the voters put them there to accomplish. Until we come up with a perfect system or seek out individuals with the capacity to develop one, we have only ourselves to blame for the outcomes. Responsibility and ownership are both the hallmark and the beauty of our governmental system.
